SMS Terms
Last updated: September 26, 2026These terms apply to text messages you receive from Gig Flow, a service operated by Ledezma Prat Ventures LLC.
What we send
We send transactional gig-offer notifications from your music management company. Messages are operational, not promotional — each text relates to a specific gig you have been pre-cleared for or a confirmation of one you have accepted.
Message frequency
Variable. You will typically receive between 0 and 4 messages per week, depending on how many gigs your management company books and which ones require your instrument. You may receive zero messages for several weeks at a time.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any of our messages to stop receiving them. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT — all eight keywords work. We will not send you further messages after we receive your opt-out.
To re-subscribe later, reply START or UNSTOP from the same number.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any of our messages for an automated response with our brand identity and contact information. For human support, email [email protected].
Carrier disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How you opt in
Texting is optional. You opt in yourself by checking the unchecked “Text me gig offers” box on the sign-up form you reach from your management company’s invite link. You can see that form at gig-flow.com/sms-optin. Leaving the box unchecked does not stop you joining; you can still see and answer every offer in the app.
We only text numbers whose owner opted in this way. A management company adding your number to its roster does not sign you up for texts, and we never send an invite or any other message to a number that has not opted in.
If you believe you are receiving messages without consent, please reply STOP and contact [email protected].
Data retention for SMS
We retain SMS records (message body, timestamp, delivery status) for 5 years per TCPA recordkeeping requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a fresh "Last updated" date.
